1 — Select Your Sweets
Visit the Holiday Menu and choose from our Red Velvet Signatures, Cupcakes, and Cookies. Each product page includes sizes, portions, and detailed descriptions.

2 — Add to Bag & Checkout
Review your selections, then proceed to checkout. Enter your contact details and choose pickup or delivery. Full payment is required to confirm your order.

3 — Confirmation & Scheduling
You’ll receive an order confirmation email. Within 24 hours, we’ll text to schedule your pickup or delivery window.

4 — Pickup or Delivery
Pickup: Weekly Pickup from 4:30–7:00 PM • 3760 Hwy 53, Huntsville, AL 35806.
Delivery: Huntsville & Madison • $10 fee • Scheduled on select days; we’ll text a confirmation once arranged.Saturdays and Sundays are limited to catering orders only.

Your desserts are made fresh to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for fulfillment. Limited seasonal menu—order early to secure your favorites.

Do I need to place my order in advance?
Yes. All Sweet Bites desserts are made to order. We recommend placing your order at least 2–3 business days in advance to ensure availability, especially during the holiday season.
When will I receive my pickup or delivery details?
After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Within 24 hours, we’ll text you to schedule your pickup or delivery window. You’ll always have a confirmed time before your desserts are ready.
Can I pick up or receive delivery on weekends?
Saturdays and Sundays are limited to catering orders only. If you’d like to schedule a weekend event order, please contact us early to secure your date.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes. There is a $35 minimum for all orders. This helps us maintain the quality and freshness that Sweet Bites is known for.
